 With 4 sleeping areas, "The orphanage" with 6 single beds on the top floor with luxury linen, reverse cycle air conditioning, PlayStation and games and large plasma this area is a kids haven. 

On the second mezzanine floor there are two large bedrooms with a share bathroom between them, one with a king bed the other a queen.

 

 The "Engine room" has another two queen beds and it's own mezzanine with a bunk, perfect for an entire family who wants a bit more privacy.

Our Property

 

Butterworth mill is a unique historic residence, originally the local Flour mill built in 1874, which has been restored into a B&B sleeping up to 12 guests.

One of the largest privately owned residences in Burra.

In total there are 4 plasma televisions, two docking stations, a DVD player and PlayStation, a pool table, ping pong, dart board area, two full bathrooms a laundry with a washer and dryer and a third toilet.

The Mill is on approx 3 acres so plenty of privacy and parking
